We are certified thermal inspectors. We use Infrared/Thermal Imaging on all our inspections. This can help identify water intrusion that is not visible at the surface, lack of or inadequate insulation, air intrusion around doors and windows, or gaps in building materials.

We will visually inspect both interior and exterior electrical systems including service drops, service masts, grounding, outlets, meters, circuit breakers, and other such systems.
We will test and examine all major appliances that are permanent, like hot water heaters and other permanently installed appliances.
We will check doors and windows for proper sealing and drafts, signs of water damage, and more. We will also check the condition of all interior spaces.
We will examine the foundation, crawlspaces and basements to look for signs of things like past water damage, foundation cracking or shifting, and other such potentially expensive issues.
